TESTING, TESTING
IMOCA60 official measurements were done last Friday and on Saturday Ariel got her sails. First test sailing took place same afternoon.
Since then there has been testing every day. It’s also been amazingly fun to sail together with two other IMOCAs – Ireland Ocean Racing and HUGO BOSS.
Soon it is a day to say goodbye and set sails to the first real trip – delivering the boat to her new home, Finland.

Viralliset mittaukset saatiin tehtyä viime perjantaina. Lauantaina purjeet paikoilleen ja ensimmäinen testipurjehdus. Sen jälkeen testausta joka päivä ja purjehdusta yhdessä kahden muun IMOCAn kanssa. Uskomattoman hienoa.
Kohta koittaa lähtö kohti koti-Suomea.
